July 10, Conversation w/ Pacific Truss re: Lien

Here are my notes from my calls to Pacific Truss. Can you please post these to our blog? I also got a couple of Contractor ideas from Pacific Truss- they at least know who pays their bills on time...

Based on my calculations bill be paid in full by July 25th (65 calendar days from 5/21/08)
Return call from Mary indicating bill had not been paid. She said that she had contacted Jeremy and that he would pay - his clients are being difficult.
7-17-08
Late fees in $89.25 at this point. Soonest she would charge is July 30th if Jeremy has not paid. She will not charge late fees to us - only Jeremy. I provided my Alaska Airlines Visa number to her. She will call me if Jeremy pays. Jeremy indicated that he would be making two payments in order to pay off the balance. $2890.00.
