Appt scheduled with Ian the claim adjustor

Received a call from Ian and scheduled an appointment for next Thursday, February 5th, for 8:30 a.m. Advised Ian that we may have our contractor at the meeting and he indicated that would be okay.

Contacted Pat Hart- no call from inspector yet

Pat advised that her system was down - however she was able to tell me that the inspect - Ian - was supposed to contact us and that he had been out sick. She indicated that she would follow-up with him and have him contact us.

New claims adjustor assigned - Pat Hart 866-910-9869

Pat Hart is our new claims adjustor. She contacted me on 1-20-09. During our telecon she indicated that our claim was also assigned to an inspector, Ian Kienzle and that he would want to inspect our house.

Contacted Perfection Remodel's insurance- American Family Mutual Insurance Company at 800-692-6326 ext 71103. Spoke with Claim rep. Meagan. I advised her that I would call back if I wanted to complete a claim.

Later today received a phone call from AFM rep. Bill Rodriguez at 800-692-6326 ext. 58889. He indicated that a claim had been open, claim number 221 136 220. The claim may end up being reassigned to a field rep in Portland. He will advise if this is what happens.
